Executive Opportunity: Managing Director – Technology Division

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary leader to take on the role of Managing Director for our rapidly growing Technology Division. Based in Johannesburg , this market-related salary position is key to scaling our high-performing B2B technology solutions business.

Our Technology Division specializes in off-site monitoring, smart surveillance, and electronic security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to drive innovation and exponential growth.

Minimum Requirements

We require a seasoned executive with the following qualifications:

Education: Grade 12 , and a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Technology (required).

Experience: 10+ years in Senior Leadership, ideally within technology, security, or high-growth B2B environments.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology, electronics, surveillance, and remote monitoring.

Track Record: Proven ability to manage sales growth, strategic planning, and client relations.

Key Performance Areas

Your leadership will focus on these critical areas:

1. Strategic Growth & Vision

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with technology and client trends.
Set clear KPIs and drive performance against revenue, innovation, and service delivery goals.

2. Client Engagement & Business Development

Lead the B2B sales strategy, including direct engagement with high-profile clients.
Foster strong strategic partnerships, vendor alliances, and channel relationships.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of SIOT (Security Internet of Things) trends and opportunities.

3. Financial Oversight & Performance

Oversee cost management and profit margin optimization across all client contracts.

4. People Leadership & Organisational Culture

Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, innovation, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.
