Executive Opportunity: Managing Director – Technology Division

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary leader to take on the role of Managing Director for our rapidly growing Technology Division. Based in Johannesburg , this market-related salary position is key to scaling our high-performing B2B technology solutions business.

Our Technology Division specializes in off-site monitoring, smart surveillance, and electronic security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to drive innovation and exponential growth.

Minimum Requirements

We require a seasoned executive with the following qualifications:

Education: Grade 12 , and a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Technology (required).

Experience: 10+ years in Senior Leadership, ideally within technology, security, or high-growth B2B environments.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology, electronics, surveillance, and remote monitoring.

Track Record: Proven ability to manage sales growth, strategic planning, and client relations.

1. Strategic Growth & Vision

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with technology and client trends.

• Set clear KPIs and drive performance against revenue, innovation, and service delivery goals.

3. Financial Oversight & Performance

• Oversee cost management and profit margin optimization across all client contracts.
