We are looking for a Senior Specialist Business Analyst to join our team! Key duties and responsibilities: Lead the analysis process to understand business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations Identify opportunities for process improvement Create detailed business analysis reports Candidates that have built an online platform (Customer interface applications) Integrating systems with the aim of solutions for customers Candidates with experience in long term insurance Financial Background\/ Telco systems\/Banking industries If you have a strong background in Business Analysis and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
