SUMMARY:

Looking for a skilled Senior Statistician with 4-6 years of experience in Biostatistics or Statistics. Must have proficiency in SAS, R, or STATA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this Contractor role in KwaZulu Natal.

Senior Statistician - 2 year contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

Masters or Honours degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or related field
4 years of research and statistical analysis experience
Proficiency in SAS, R, STATA, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of clinical research and epidemiology
High computer literacy in MS Office
Experience in analyzing clinical trial or longitudinal data is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills to convey statistical concepts

Key Responsibilities:

Provide statistical advice for clinical trial designs
Undertake projects in Biostatistical methodology
Analyze clinical trials and observational studies data
Document study designs and analysis plans
Prepare study reports and contribute to presentations
