Our client requires a Senior Strategic Analyst to engage with senior business stakeholders to identify and formulate appropriate use cases that rely on information and insights to drive business value. 

Requirements

Identify, define and track business value

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to identify and formulate appropriate uses cases that rely on information and insights to drive business value.
• Track the decisions, actions and business value realized as a result of the insights distilled and delivered to the business.

Analysis and insights

• Collaborate with analytical squads to identify data sources and conduct analysis.
• Synthesise findings into actionable insights that support the identified use cases.
• Develop business case models to determine and explain trade-offs and business impact.

Storytelling

• Translate information and insights into reports and presentations for business consumption.
• Present insights and facilitate discussion with senior business stakeholders to interrogate findings and deepen understanding of business impact.

Coaching and mentoring

• Involve analytical squads in stakeholder engagement, value management, information analysis, deduction and presentation of insights.
• Support analytical squads in adopting skills and techniques to engage with senior stakeholders, conduct analysis, synthesize findings and deliver insights.

Delivery Management

• Follow and participate in defined ways of work including but not limited to portfolio management, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos and PI planning.
