SUMMARY:
Senior Substation Engineer, Consulting Engineering Company dealing within public and private sector clients has an opportunity for a Senior consulting Engineer in this very niche market.
Planning and design of HV power transmission and distribution infrastructure from 132kV up to 765kV. Candidate must have experience in at least 3 projects and related roles previously involved in this capacity.
Previous NTCSA (Eskom Transmission) experience
PR Eng. or PR Tech Registered.

POSITION INFO:
Responsible for handling multiple projects and prepare and provide guidance in the development of the engineering deliverables for electrical substation projects including layouts and drawings, selection of substation equipment, equipment and construction specifications and all associated electrical calculations and studies.
OHL DESIGN experience 400kV and above? Provide at least 1 x project and related role and responsibility.
B Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant post qualification technical experience at engineering level
