SUMMARY:
A leading digital engagement solution company, connecting large organisations to improve communication, increase engagement and drive business performance, is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst.

POSITION INFO:

Their digital solution is the perfect way for clients to reach every employee (regardless of job level, location or mobile device) – and they need your skills to help them make this process as seamless as possible! Flexibility in terms of working from home and/or office.

Minimum 6 years’ experience
Writing of business requirements documents and functional specifications
Creating the technical scope of work.
Technical planning with development team and overseeing the delivery.
Some previous hands-on technical experience in the work environment. Any of application or report development, ops support, test automation, etc
Basic working knowledge of MS SQL
Strong verbal and written communication
Preferably software development background
Applicable degree (B.Com or B.Sc) advantageous

Self-starter
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently or in a team
