Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between technical architecture and business goals.
• Provide strategic direction on the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Oversee the integration of complex systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms in a healthcare environment.
• Mentor and guide development teams, helping to elevate the technical capabilities of the organization.
• Ensure that technical architecture is aligned with regulatory standards and best practices in the healthcare industry.

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture or senior software development roles.
• Strong background in healthcare technology, understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements in the sector.
• Expertise in cloud-based solutions, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks, such as Java, Angular, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of software design principles, data security, and scalability.
• Experience with integration of healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, and FHIR).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
