Senior Technician (UHT/ESL Filling)

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a Senior Technician (UHT/ESL Filling) to join their team in Humansdorp.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians to achieve efficiency and budget targets.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on filling and downstream equipment.
• Carry out standby duties as required.
• Assist line specialists and foremen in their duties.
• Work shifts and overtime to meet operational requirements.

• Qualified Millwright or Electrician (essential).
• Previous experience as a Senior Technician (preferred).
• Successful completion of Tetra Pak Maintenance Courses (advantageous).
• Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience in maintenance within FMCG.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• Hydraulics
• Electrics
• Pneumatics
• Mechanics
• PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Ability to lead, troubleshoot, and maintain high standards under pressure.
