Spa Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salary: R8 000 with commission
Area: Richwood – Cape Town

Description of position:
We are urgently looking for a Senior therapist that is eager to train and develop into a Manager on duty. Experience with ESP is important and wanting to lead a small but fast growing team. Must be willing to drive the other therapist and drive the monthly target and revenue.

Requirements:

Must have solid experience with ESP
2 year Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum of 2 years’ spa experience
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
NB - Great retail track record is essential for this position
Flexible and available to work late shifts.
Shifts: 9-6 Mon – Sat
One off weekend per month.
Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing
