In this role, you'll develop and execute short-term trading strategies with a focus on agricultural commodities across South Africa. What You’ll Be Doing:

Execute trades and manage risk in real-time, identifying opportunities in volatile markets.
Deliver expert market commentary and insight to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with trading and risk teams to refine strategy and enhance profitability.
Leverage your network and stay abreast of key developments across the agricultural commodities landscape.
Provide timely reports and analysis that inform business decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

3–5+ years of hands-on commodity trading experience in physically traded products.
Proven trading success and strong industry contacts.
Solid grasp of South African market dynamics.
A proactive mindset, negotiation strength, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, reporting, and team collaboration abilities.
Multilingualism is a bonus.
