Senior Wet Works Foreman
Midrand
R40 000 - R50 000 CTC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wet Works Foreman to take ownership of all wet works activities on a high density residential (Res 3) development. The successful candidate will manage the wet works team on site, ensure work is delivered to specification, on programme and within quality and safety standards and will act as the primary point of coordination between the wet works trades and site management.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Must have completed Grade 12 Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Must have a suitable qualification ie. National Diploma in Building\/Civil Engineering or related qualification Must have a Trade Certificate ie. Brick laying, plaster Minimum 5 years experience as a Wet Works Foreman, with at least 2 years at a senior\/lead level Proven experience on high-density residential (Res 3) developments Solid working knowledge of concrete, brickwork, plastering and screeding practices and tolerances Ability to read and work from construction drawings and specifications Strong understanding of site Health and Safety requirements (OHS Act) Proven ability to manage and motivate large labour teams and sub-contractors Must have a valid license and own reliable vehicle Consultant: Heidi Diedericks - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
