SUMMARY:
Purpose of the role : The After-Sales technical-commercial advisor is a sales negotiator, who visits customer sites, and who advises customers in the identification, analysis and formulation of their expectations in terms of maintenance (maintenance, repairs) and 'use of their equipment. Sale of goods (parts and accessories) and services (contracts, repairs, training, etc.) Advice to clients to

POSITION INFO:

 

Experience / Knowledge / Know-how
4/5 years of professional experience in maintenance of construction machinery and mines
Chinese and English: read, written and spoken
Know Cat and Other Brand Products
Mastery of computers and the use of software (Word, Excel, SIS, ET, etc.)
Read engine technical diagrams, hydraulic, electrical and transmission technical diagrams
Business skills
Know the operation of motors, electricity, hydraulics and transmission
Know the procedures for preventive maintenance, curative, basic diagnostic CAT or other brands
Master the techniques for controlling contamination of machine circuits
Organize your schedule of customer visits
Represent the group to clients
Communicate with technicians, hierarchy and customers

 

Main activities of the function:

Sell the company''s technical and commercial solutions (prepare, negotiate, advise, sell and monitor business).

Develop customers (build lasting loyalty).

Manage technical and commercial information (competitive intelligence, recording, operation and analysis of technical and commercial information)

Maintain customers'' machine fleet.

Implement commercial action plans

Improve customer service by better meeting their needs.

Promote training

Make relevant analyzes of the customers'' situation (technical, commercial and economic)

 

Key performance indicators of the function:

Development of turnover, in line with customer potential

Number of visits and relevant reports

Information records (machine fleet, hours, in IRIUM)

Customer satisfaction

Competence profile

Training and profile

Technical degree (minimum), technical-commercial BTS,

Nationality: Chinese (by birth).

Languages: Chinese (100%) and English (French would be an asset)

Valid driver''s license.
