Server Engineer / Analyst

Looking for an experienced Technical Capacity Analyst / Server Engineer / Analyst for a project role at one of the Top Leading banks in South Africa. 

The individual will be reporting into the Infrastructure Manager, focussed on the delivery of:

Solving system issues

Risk management

Conducting supply / trend analysis

Capacity planning decision making 

IT Domain strategy execution

Conduct domain assessments

Server and change management

Stakeholder engagements 

Must have:

Diploma in IT / Bachelors' in IT

Post graduate degree

Preference: MS Server certified, AIX Sys Adm certification, Solaris 11 certified, RHCSA certified, VMWARE 6.5 certified, MS Hyper V certified, SAFE, Agile framework certified, ITIL certified (latest)

No less than 2 years' experience as a Capacity Domain Analyst 

Track record and experience in performance, monitoring and process analysis of servers

Server OS experience 

Domain OS strategies , Build Run experience - no less than 4 years' experience 

Certified in virtualization 

Persuasion skills

Analytical skills

Articulation skills

Ability to work under pressure
