Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Overview:
A specialist Land Rover service centre based in Montague Gardens, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This front-line role serves as the key link between our customers and workshop staff, ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-communicated service experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to service enquiries
Meet and greet customers at reception in a professional and friendly manner
Book vehicles into the workshop, clearly capturing customer concerns and service requirements
Open and maintain job cards with accurate and up-to-date information
Coordinate service timelines with the Workshop Manager
Keep customers informed on progress, expected completion times, and any changes
Ensure completed work is properly invoiced before customer collection
Brief customers on work completed and handover vehicles
Handle any customer concerns or queries in a calm and solution-oriented manner

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Experience in the automotive industry, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in a similar service advisor or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using computer systems and invoicing software
Good understanding of motor vehicles; Land Rover knowledge is a distinct advantage
Must have a valid driver’s licence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Young, energetic (NO GENDER PREFERENCE) with a passion for Land Rovers
Friendly, confident, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Enthusiastic about the motor industry and committed to customer satisfaction
QUALIFIED MECHANIC ADVANTAGE

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
OCCASIONAL SATURDAY REQUIRED
Remuneration:
Market-related, based on experience and skills

MIBCO FUND COMPULSORY AFTER 6 MONTHS
