Service Coordinator (Beverage Industry) - Northern Suburbs - R14,000 - R16,000 per month

Our client has a vacancy for a Service Coordinator. They are based in CPT Northern suburbs. The successful candidate must have the following:

Requirements:

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

• Having a comprehensive knowledge of the goals, objectives, products and services of the organization

• Exhibition of strong organizational skills

• Having creative and analytical thinking ability

• Having the ability to multi-task effectively

• 2-4 years’ proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is beneficial.

• Intimate knowledge of coffee/beverage industry would be a massive benefit

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a team

• Excellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a must

• Strong time management and multitasking skills

• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance

• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms

• Own transport

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate coffee equipment repairs for clients.

• Monitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met

• Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently

• Provide support to field technicians and service agents – work order management, facilitate technical support, etc

• Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are met

• Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email

Starting salary 14 - 16k Based on experience
