We have a position available at one of our clients based in Centurion for a Service Delivery Administrator, the role is remote but will require going to the office from time to time. 

Overview

The Service Delivery Administrator (SDA) is a professional who will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key clients. The SDA plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy client relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and operational delivery teams. This role involves continual service improvements and achieving high customer satisfaction, with emphasis on the highest level of operational service delivery.

This position is a client facing role and requires that the SDA establishes and manages expectations within the customer base, drive the service teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard ensuring high levels of successful resolution and service championship.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3+ years' experience in a Service Delivery, preferably within the Telecoms industry
• Valid drives license and own transport 
• Fluent English both verbal and written
• High level of computer competence with a knowledge of standard software packages (Advanced Excel, word, PowerPoint skills) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required

Responsibilities: 

• The Supply Delivery Administrator (SDA) will be involved within the day-to-day operations environment.
• They will coordinate and hold all service departments and employees within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks in the delivery of client services.
• The Candidate will ensure that regular feedback is given to customers on all delivery
• The SDA will also liaise with the Finance Team to ensure that all orders are correctly billed.
• The candidate will screen, verify and capture new/ existing client orders, and they will be responsible for the accuracy of Client & Product Database, as well as be responsible for the creation and management of the client document library.
• The candidate will manage interactions with suppliers ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
• They will be responsible for ensuring that sufficient resources are available at all times to deliver the contracted service requirements.
• They will co-ordinate any deliveries from suppliers to client sites where applicable.
• Responsible for the creation and management of the client document library.
• Assist in streamlining Service delivery processes and procedures to ensure customers experience is consistent globally. This may involve collaboration with other SDAs, Project Delivery Teams and Sales Teams.
• Assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times.
