SUMMARY:
Are you the Sheldon Cooper of IT operations (minus the social quirks), the Leonard of leadership, or maybe the Howard of hardware? Our client is looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead who can bring order to chaos faster than Sheldon can correct someone’s physics. You’ll be the brains behind the smooth operation of their technical support universe—resolving issues, improving processes, and keeping the team functioning like a well-oiled quantum computer. POSITION INFO:

Lead, mentor, and support the technical support team to achieve performance targets.
Manage escalations and ensure prompt, effective resolution of issues.
Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, service standards, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
A natural born leader who can lead a team with confidence
Experience in retail FMCG advantageous
