Job & Company Description:

Become part of an established engineering environment that provides innovative electrical solutions across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for onâsite servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. You will work closely with clients to deliver effective technical support while ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.
The position offers a dynamic mix of field service work and interaction with engineering teams, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical engagement and customerâfacing communication. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying issues, recommending upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12)
Electrical Engineering qualification (N6, Diploma, or relevant certification) advantageous
Trade Test (Electrician) beneficial but not essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2–5 years of experience in electrical field service, maintenance, or technical support
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and industrial equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Skilled in faultâfinding, repairs, system diagnostics, and onâsite service work
Experience with commissioning, testing, and preventative maintenance
Excellent problemâsolving ability and a proactive approach to technical challenges
Confident communicator capable of providing clear explanations to clients
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
Ability to work independently and under pressure with strict turnaround times
Commitment to highâquality workmanship and safety compliance
