POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to oversee and lead a well-established motor company in Johannesburg North.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Service and Parts Department; Oversee sales, staff, and finances for both departments; Develop and implement effective marketing strategies; Maintain profitability through strict financial controls; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; Lead, develop, and motivate team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management.
Experience within a corporate-branded dealership's Service Department.
Experience with volume brands such as Nissan, Haval, Mazda, Ford, Suzuki, and Kia.
Strong management and leadership abilities.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clear criminal record.
Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
Must be a qualified technician.
