Our client in the automotive space is looking for a seasoned Service manager to join their team

Location: Ireland

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

5 +of experience in service management role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair procedures
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
British/EU passport holder
Proven track record of driving business growth, customer satisfaction and team performance

Key responsibility

Team management, lead and motivate a team of technicians, advisors and support staff to achieve service department goals
Customer service, ensure exceptional customer service responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Operations management, oversee daily service department operations including workflow, inventory management and quality control
Business development
Budgeting and forecasting
Compliance
