SUMMARY:
We are seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead all technical service operations, driving team performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a results-oriented leader with proven expertise in managing technicians, optimizing maintenance processes, and ensuring the reliable operation of industrial refrigeration and compressor systems.

POSITION INFO:

Lead, mentor, and support service technicians for optimal performance and professional growth
Oversee daily service operations, including job allocation and resource planning
Ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of refrigeration and compressor systems
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and response times
Manage KPIs, budgets, and service reports to drive operational excellence
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance
At least 2 years in a leadership or service management role
Strong technical expertise in compressors, electrical systems, and PLC controls
Proven ability to lead field teams and improve service quality
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Valid SAQCC Gas Category B8 license (advantageous)
Solid foundation in compressor maintenance and industrial refrigeration systems
Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally and internationally
Demonstrated experience in service management or supervisory roles
