We have a vacant position for a Service Manager

Duties:

Management of service department
Train and motivate staff
General admin, budgets and forecasts
Managing the customer satisfaction of the department
Handle customer related issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle Service Manager
Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands such as Renault, Toyota, Ford, Opel etc.
Track record of reaching targets and making profits for the department
Clear criminal record
Leadership abilities and good communication skills
Salary: R 25 000 to R 45 000 (depends on experience)
