Job Requirements;

Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, writing service orders and descriptions of the different problems and repairs as well as, translating the customer’s repair problems into a comprehensible language for the customer.

Customer service interactions, Catalogue customers’ concerns and comments and explain the repair to the customers. Test-drive vehicles to confirm the service repair, estimate the cost and time for repairs. Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all automotive service capacities to increase retention and referrals develop lasting customers

Increase profitability of the department. Run an efficient and profitable service department. Oversee service team, auto service staff, customer retention, cost controls, maintenance of all service records and achievement of set objectives. Make sure that the daily inventory is up to its operational standards to customers. Oversee vehicle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience and maintain profitability

Coach team members on ways to drive service sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics

Oversee all day-to-day job duties within the automotive service department with a focus on high employee and customer morale

Guide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records
