POSITION INFO:
Short-Term Insurance Pricing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain robust pricing models for business insurance portfolios
Take ownership of fleet pricing and performance tracking
Work closely with underwriters and business stakeholders to guide strategic decisions
Identify inefficiencies and propose smart, innovative solutions
Enhance product rules in response to market and regulatory changes

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in short-term insurance pricing
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Oracle, Python, R, and Excel (strong advantage)
Key Skills:
- Brilliant analytical thinking with a passion for solving real-world problems
- Meticulous attention to detail and model accuracy
- A curious, commercially-minded approach to risk and product development
