Location: Eswatini (Swaziland)

Job Overview: 
Our client, a leading provider of outsourced services, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large client site in Eswatini.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in the TES (Temporary Employment Services), facilities management or outsourced services industry, where managing large workforces and client relationships is a core responsibility.  The role requires strong Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) expertise to effectively manage staffing, disciplinary processes, labour relations, employee engagement, and compliance with labour legislation.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. HR or IR certifications will be advantageous. Previous experience within the outsourced services industry (TES, contract cleaning, security, facilities management, catering, logistics, or similar). Strong HR and Industrial Relations knowledge with hands-on experience managing disciplinary processes, grievances, and labour-related matters. Experience managing large teams in a client-facing environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's licence will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site. Ensure service delivery meets client requirements and contractual obligations. Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational performance. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees. Manage attendance, leave, absenteeism, and timekeeping. Handle disciplinary processes from investigation through to hearings. Chair disciplinary hearings where required. Manage grievances and dispute resolution processes. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements. Conduct safety meetings and risk assessments. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct regular client meetings and site reviews. Prepare and submit operational, HR, and IR reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
