SUMMARY:

An established residential property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale residential construction projects and ensure successful project delivery from inception to handover.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Construction qualification Minimum 10 years' residential construction experience Strong site management and leadership experience Knowledge of quality, health & safety, and construction regulations Duties: Manage daily site operations across residential developments. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor construction progress against program schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments. Manage labour productivity and site resource allocation. Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies. Resolve site-related technical and operational challenges. Ensure materials are procured and delivered according to project requirements. Coordinate with professional teams including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors. Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project reporting. Drive construction quality and ensure successful project handover to clients. Implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce project delays and cost overruns. Apply now!
