POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Drive strategic business development initiatives in the Industrial and Environment Services sector in Southern Africa. Lead full business management across engineering, maintenance, health & safety, and sustainability services. Manage sales and client relationships in traditional and new I&E industries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Contribute to growth and margin optimization strategies. Manage sales and strategic development. Lead impactful projects that promote safety, sustainability, and performance. Ensure company policies are implemented and objectives are achieved. Project and help in achieving budgetary targets, monitor and report performance, and take corrective measures. Develop technical capabilities, recruit and train personnel. Administer contracts, review rates and services, and help in framing new contracts. Manage customer relationships with various stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance and safety policies are maintained. Communicate with MD on all aspects of the division. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards. Participate in quality improvement projects and internal audits.
