Who are we looking for? We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who understands how to turn social media into a genuine growth engine. You’ll be someone who is creative but commercially minded, comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and confident managing relationships with clients. You’ll need to be proactive, highly organised and motivated by results. You should enjoy working within established systems while constantly looking for ways to improve them. What will you do? Develop and implement social media strategies based on client objectives, audience insights and proven systems. Create fresh, engaging content ideas that help clients stand out from the crowd and build authentic personal brands. Analyse social media accounts and content performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion. Optimise content and strategies based on performance data and audience behaviour. Work closely with clients to understand their personalities, goals and interests. Build strong client relationships and ensure clients understand and follow agreed strategies and quality standards. Identify opportunities across new platforms, content formats, paid advertising and other digital channels. Stay ahead of social media trends and continuously bring new ideas to the table. Work collaboratively with the wider team while taking ownership of your clients and results. What do you need? Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proven track record of success in growing and managing social media accounts. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and audience engagement. Business-fluent English. Basic understanding of German. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client management skills. A results-driven and proactive approach. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to have: Copywriting experience. Video editing skills. Media buying\/paid advertising experience.
