JOB SUMMARY:
Our client seeks to hire a Social Media Specialists who will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with their communities and audiences. The successful incumbent also needs to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform. In addition, they should review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads. They will be required to oversee all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as publishing dashboards. They should be able to manage all promotions and advertisements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Skills and Qualifications

4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Salary: Market-related and commensurate with experience
