You'll lead a software function responsible for attracting, creating and delivering client-facing solutions across multiple industries and platforms. This means balancing technical excellence with commercial awareness, delivery pressure, and stakeholder expectations. The role sits firmly at the intersection of technology, consulting, and delivery leadership where you're not just building products, but ensuring the organisation consistently delivers solutions that clients rely on. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA advantageous) 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in senior leadership \/ director roles Experience with Enterprise Content Platforms (non-negotiable) Proven experience delivering client-facing software solutions or services and working in solution-driven environments(non-negotiable) Strong background in managing multiple projects, teams, and delivery pipelines simultaneously Strong commercial acumen-ability to balance delivery, cost, and client expectations Experience engaging directly with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership Ability to operate across strategy, delivery, and people leadership simultaneously Apply now!
