Solar Sales Consultant -Montague Gardens- R20, 000- R25, 000 per month + commission

A company that specialise in various projects around the country providing all types of industries, factories, and farms with a wide range of renewable energy products seeks a Solar Sales Consultant who can Designing Solar System PV array, inverter sizing, storage system, Mounting Structure, etc. and offer advice and solutions on a technical level to their wide range of clients.

Responsibilities:

Designing Solar System (PV array, inverter sizing, storage system, Mounting Structure, etc.), to client’s requirements both on a residential and commercial level.
Updating software, assuring product compatibility.
Designing renewable irrigation systems (Solar borehole and surface pumps, PV array sizing, mounting structures, and cable sizing).
Sourcing material, ordering, purchasing, and arranging transport thereof.
Provide Technical support during system commissioning.
Provide technical backup after installations.
Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
Demonstrating company solar products in a working environment.
Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs.
Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer’s needs.
Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer’s solar installation.
Creating fully customized energy packagers for large-scale solar installations.
Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information.
Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls.
Following up on sales quotes.
Completing sales order paperwork.
Generating potential leads for new accounts.

Requirements:

Previous work experience in sales and marketing.
Previous work experience as a solar sales consultant.
In-depth knowledge of solar equipment and installations.

Ability to relate technical information in layman''s terms.
Basic knowledge of Office Software.
Smart It - Quotes and Invoices.
