Solutions Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Solutions Analyst with strong experience in the financial services sector and exposure to Salesforce to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and specifications
• Work closely with developers, architects, and Salesforce teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis across systems and processes
• Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and ensure solution quality
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulatory requirements

POSITION INFO:
Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Matric
• IT Degree/Diploma
• 5 + years’ experience as a Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience within financial services (banking, insurance, investments, fintech, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory environments
• Exposure to or working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud advantageous)
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
