SUMMARY:
A leading technology solutions provider that makes use of predictive analytics is looking for a Solutions Delivery Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the successful implementation and delivery of the company’s solutions for clients. This role ensures every client deployment runs smoothly — from onboarding through to go-live — by coordinating across internal teams, managing timelines, and translating client needs into actionable delivery plans.

POSITION INFO:
The Solutions Delivery Lead ensures that solutions are configured, quality-checked, and adopted effectively to deliver measurable value.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and implementation lifecycles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery tasks and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data-driven or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: 5+ years in solution implementation, project delivery, or client onboarding within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certification: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile) advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope.
