SUMMARY:
Travel & Tourism Company based in Bryanston is looking for a Special Projects Consultant to support the planning, costing and execution of Special Projects, Events and Travel Programmes, by preparing the itineraries, operational documents and providing on-site assistance, while responding flexibly to all business requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Execute various special projects, including events and incentiveârelated initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation, and followâthrough.
Liaise effectively with an established network of suppliers, partners, and service providers to secure the best options, rates, and experiences.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support project and event requirements.
Apply costâsavvy decisionâmaking to ensure all projects, itineraries, and events remain within budget while maximising value.
Monitor and negotiate costs with suppliers to optimise expenditure and maintain profitability.
Travel with incentive or corporate groups when required, providing onâsite coordination, support, and issue resolution to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements:

Grade 12
A formal travel & tourism qualification
At least 4 – 6 years’ experience in Inbound Travel
Experience in groups & incentives travel
Computer literate including Wetu & Tourplan
