SUMMARY:
Our client in the Private Sector has an EE opportunity available for a Specialist in Recoveries and Insolvency, in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant 3 year legal qualification
5 years experience in the recoveries or debt collection environment in an Insolvency Practice or environment
Knowledge and understanding of Financial Principles

KPAs:

Insolvency recovery
Advise Trustee/Liquidator of any discrepancies
Optimal recovery on sale of security
Attend auctions
Scrutinise Government Gazette report for publication that L&D/final L&D is laying for inspection at the Master’s Office
Issue Certificate of Completion
Assist in legal recovery process
Compile monthly reports on debt recovered and files closed
Monitor finalisation of insolvency/liquidation process
Assist in compiling of annual budget
Assist in reviewing existing policies and procedures
