Specialist: Recoveries & Insolvency

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Private Sector has an EE opportunity available for a Specialist in Recoveries and Insolvency, in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Relevant 3 year legal qualification
• 5 years experience in the recoveries or debt collection environment in an Insolvency Practice or environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Financial Principles

• Insolvency recovery
• Advise Trustee/Liquidator of any discrepancies
• Optimal recovery on sale of security
• Attend auctions
• Scrutinise Government Gazette report for publication that L&D/final L&D is laying for inspection at the Master’s Office
• Issue Certificate of Completion
• Assist in legal recovery process
• Compile monthly reports on debt recovered and files closed
• Monitor finalisation of insolvency/liquidation process
• Assist in compiling of annual budget
• Assist in reviewing existing policies and procedures
