JOB DESCRIPTION:

Scheduler required on a contract bases for a company in Randburg.

This role would require the successful candidate to ensure accurate scheduling and positioning of Commercials and Sponsorships Schedules across all channels for Africa.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in related field
3 years and more experience withing advertising industry
Available to work on a contract bases

Responsibilities:

Upload Breaks on Landmark and ensure all breaks have been received.
Preparation of Logs. Ensure that the correct flighting codes have been communicated.
Ensure that all spots booked have corresponding flighting codes for the relevant campaigns.
Notify Contract Executives of Missing Spots.
Retrieve UID from external VIZ System and ensure that there are no duplication.
Accurate Capturing of flighting codes on Landmark and E-Scheduler.
Run interface on Rights and Scheduling to ensure breaks correspond with Landmark
Ensure that all front sheets are attached as per brief
Position spots on the log. Ensure that spots are positioned accurately, no product conflicts, and all duration are aligned with the break duration.
Deliver breaks by channel according to stipulated deadlines.
