JOB SUMMARY:
One of our clients, an established company in the Insurance sector is seeking an HR Business Partner to be based at the Pretoria head offices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the role is to manage the effective implementation of the Human Resources Strategy, Policies and Procedures.

The ideal candidate must be able to:

Manage the recruitment and selection process
Manage and coordinate the Performance Management process
Job Analysis and Design
Manage Employee Relations and Employee Wellness
Implement Succession planning

In order to be considered you must have the following:

Degree in Human Resources
SABPP registered (Advantage)
Minimum of 7 - 10 years in a HR Management generalist environment is essential
Experience in Financial Services Environment (Advantage
Insurance Industry knowledge : FAIS, FICA, SA Legislation: BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDL Policies and Procedures
Strong knowledge and ability to put HR policies and procedures in place and ensure the adherence to them.
