SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Specialist: Technical Support to provide desktop and technical support on hardware and software related issues within the organization. We have a permanent role in Menlyn.

POSITION INFO:
Responsiblities
- Provide hardware and software support (LAN & WAN)
- Provide 2nd line support to users on helpdesk
- Boardrooms and printers
- Provide electronic access relating to buildings Procurement
- Assist users

Formal Education
- Matric
- National diploma in IT or equivalent (Advantage)

Technical/Legal Certification
- A+
- N+

Experience
- At least 3 Years’ Experience in 2nd & 3rd line support
