JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Franschhoek is urgently looking for a Stock Administrator.

You will excel in this role if you are a flexible, attentive and organised individual, who enjoys fast paced
and constant changing challenges. Accurate recordkeeping with the ability to complete duties quickly
and methodically whilst maintaining a high degree of operational delivery, will result in success within
this role

Experience and Skills:
• Experience in a 5 star luxury hotel environment would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general administrative and computer duties
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ordering, issuing and receiving stock
• Experience in working on Procure.net or similar procurement or stock management software, would
be advantageous
• Excellent timekeeping
• Good communicating skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Inherent Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to do heavy lifting
• High level of attention to detail
• COVID-19 vaccination mandatory
• Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ordering, receiving and issuing of stock to the respective departments
• Responsible for monthly stock takes, checking and following up on variances
• Sources of stocks as required by the departments
• Processing of all related documents in the inventory system
• Maintain organised and clean storage areas
• Provide professional transportation and delivery service to all department with the
highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to safety and reliability
• Responsible for checking, loading, transporting and off-loading equipment, goods and supplies to
destinations
• Adhere to Health and Safety Standards
