SUMMARY:
Our client in the LPG industry, has an opportunity available for a Stock Analyst to be based in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg. This will be a temporary position.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
Stock management experience (essential)\
Computer literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Excel
Drivers licence & own transport

KPAs:

Recording and keeping track of stock movements on a daily basis
Recording and keeping track of any stock variances on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Investigate variances in order to reduce unexplained stock variances
Perform periodical stock audits at various depots and Revalidators
Reconcile V-depots on a weekly basis
Process stock transfers (Rail / NER / Intercompany)
Manage intercompany process, ensuring all processing (Invoicing, GRN’s and Transfers) is completed
Manage and prepare base quantity invoices for cluster countries
Daily monitoring and investigation of problematic stock locations
