POSITION INFO:

As a Strategic Financial Manager, you’ll serve as a key partner to our clients, bringing a strategic lens to their financial journey Rather than simply reporting on numbers, you'll focus on deeply understanding each client's business, aligning with their vision, and turning financial data into meaningful, actionable insights This client-facing role involves regular engagement, reviewing performance, and offering proactive, forward-thinking guidance to support long-term growth
Serve as a trusted financial advisor, deeply understanding each client’s business, vision, and goals
Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to strategic decision-making
Deliver insightful financial analysis that drives growth, efficiency, and scalability
Translate financial data into clear, actionable business guidance
Lead and collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client support
Foster a positive, solutions-focused team environment
Develop tailored financial strategies to solve complex client challenges
Prepare and lead impactful client meetings and strategy sessions
Communicate financial insights in a way that aligns with client objectives
Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in financial thinking

Qualification:
CA(SA) minimum 1 – 3 years experience
