Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the procurement department plus the material fields of Electronic manufacturing and E-Components as well asl Mechanical and Electromechanical material.
• Responsible for Indirect Materials
• Leadership of employees: Performance management, mentoring, and management of full procurement function
• Support/execute and all strategic procurement activities of each project, under the direct supervision of the Head of global Procurement/Regional Procurement Manager.
• Single point of contact when interacting with strategic procurement function
• Carry out price and value analysis
• Assessment of delivery flexibility and reliability as well as assessment of the innovative ability of suppliers
• Development and adaptation of procedures for supplier evaluation with Group Procurement Headquarters
• Management of technical and logistical question when procuring within business aspects
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, also for special solutions.
• Supplier Negotiation and management
• Daily activities SAP approvals, creation of statistics and evaluations, preparation and evaluation of requests for quotations.
• Compliance with specified parameters such as MPV/PCO

Must have the following which are not negotiable:

Very experienced in managing a Procurement department, using SAP, MRP, demand management, Master data, contract price updates, Prices escalations and inventory
The number of components is important because this person will be buying small components but a lot of them
FMCG/ Manufacturing is a must
5 years Management experience is a must

Qualifications:

Minimum Preferred: Minimum Degree in technical business studies with a focus on SCM, logistics, procurement

Intercultural Experience: Cooperation with foreign suppliers
