Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the procurement department plus the material fields of Electronic manufacturing and E-Components as well asl Mechanical and Electromechanical material.
• Responsible for Indirect Materials
• Leadership of employees: Performance management, mentoring, and management of full procurement function
• Support/execute and all strategic procurement activities of each project, under the direct supervision of the Head of global Procurement/Regional Procurement Manager.
• Single point of contact when interacting with strategic procurement function
• Carry out price and value analysis
• Assessment of delivery flexibility and reliability as well as assessment of the innovative ability of suppliers
• Development and adaptation of procedures for supplier evaluation with Group Procurement Headquarters
• Management of technical and logistical question when procuring within business aspects
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, also for special solutions.
• Supplier Negotiation and management
• Daily activities SAP approvals, creation of statistics and evaluations, preparation and evaluation of requests for quotations.
• Compliance with specified parameters such as MPV/PCO

Must have  the following which are not negotiable:

• Very experienced in managing a Procurement department, using SAP, MRP, demand management, Master data, contract price updates, Prices escalations and inventory
• The number of components is important because this person will be buying small components but a lot of them
• FMCG/ Manufacturing  is a must
• 5 years Management experience is a must

Qualifications:

• Minimum Preferred: Minimum Degree in technical business studies with a focus on SCM, logistics, procurement

Intercultural Experience: Cooperation with foreign suppliers
