SUMMARY:
Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, for International Company dealing within the manufacturing environment.
(Pumps, valves. hydraulic systems and sensors)

Responsible to lead the transformation and performance improvement of procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse functions.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving procurement excellence, supplier performance, inventory optimization, ERP process improvement, and team development. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Executive Management to ensure our supply chain effectively supports business growth and customer service objectives.
The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the continued optimization of ERP environment.
Develop procurement strategy, sourcing, contracts, and supplier performance.
Deliver cost savings, governance, and supplier accountability.
Manage procurement activities across both local and international supplier networks.
Collaborate with global manufacturing plants and international suppliers to improve lead times, product availability, and supply chain performance.
Ensure alignment with global procurement policies, supplier agreements, and governance standards.
Optimize inventory planning, replenishment, and stock parameters.
Improve stock availability while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Build capability, accountability, and continuous improvement across the function.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to achieve business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Suitable tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 8 years' experience in procurement and supply chain management. Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role. Proven experience managing inventory, procurement, and supplier performance. Strong ERP experience, including process optimization and business improvement initiatives. Exposure to technical product environments. Experience working within a multinational company or global supply chain environment. Exposure to international sourcing, imports, and supplier management.
