  The Role: Supplier Development Consultant

It contributes to the business by enabling real economic change through the support of real businesses and contracts. The main focus areas include hands-on consulting to shape South Africas production-led future.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding.
  
  Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness.
  
  Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs.
  
  Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes.
  
  Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence.
  
  Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.
