POSITION INFO:

Supplier Manager - Supply Chain and Logistics

Preference will be given to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.

Location: Midrand

Position Overview:

A reputable company within the Supply Chain and Logistics industry has a fantastic new opportunity available for a skilled and experienced Supplier Manager.

One’s responsibilities includes, and is not limited to, the management of core fleet and the sub-contractor network with regards to growth, sustainability, risk, continuous improvement, technology initiatives and improvements, fleet solutions, preferential procurement, reporting and strategy.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in managing and building transporter relationships.
Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration.
Technical and process knowledge and understanding of vehicles, tyres, and fuel management.
Sound knowledge of Vehicle Costing, Vehicle, And Trailer Legislation.
Financial acumen
Experience in Soloplan (TMS), ERP System and Fuel System Management (IBS)
Microsoft Office experience
