SUMMARY:
Amanzimtoti. Opportunity exists for analytically thinking, meticulous Supply Chain Administrator with Commerce Degree and relevant FMCG experience to join innovative, growing Manufacturers within the Cosmetic and Personal Care industry.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of the factory production plan
Assist with bill of materials building in Syspro, maintaining product codes and system data
Assist with maintaining stock levels and write offs of obsolete stock
Assist in admin check list for new product launches to ensure all crucial steps are completed
Assist buying departments with orders and working with suppliers to arrange deliveries
Supply chain admin such as matching of GRN’s and Invoices, PO receipts
Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors Degree
At least 1 year experience in a similar position (FMCG experience highly beneficial)
Matric Core Mathematics with minimum pass of 60%
Advanced Excel skills
Project management and / or Syspro experience a big plus
Strong numeracy
