POSITION INFO:
A leading and growing FMCG \/ food manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive to lead and optimise its end-to-end supply chain. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility across procurement, S&OP, demand planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, dispatch and logistics . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving OTIF, service levels, manufacturing throughput, inventory optimisation, Cost of Sales and transport performance , while building a resilient and scalable supply chain to support future growth. Key requirements: - 8-10+ years' senior supply chain leadership experience - FMCG, food or manufacturing experience - Proven end-to-end supply chain ownership - Strong S&OP, demand planning and forecasting experience - Manufacturing planning, scheduling and capacity experience - Experience with inventory, working capital and cost management - Strong ERP and supply chain systems experience - Experience managing multi-site warehousing and 3PL relationships - Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams - Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management skills We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded and data-driven leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution and build supply chain capability ahead of business growth. ð Durban ð¼ Full-time | Permanent ð Confidential employer Interested?
