POSITION INFO:
Your Role
You will oversee and optimise Nigeria's full supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be key in driving performance across:

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the S&OP process across Sales, Finance, and Production to ensure alignment and forecast accuracy.
Procurement: Oversee direct sourcing and purchasing of production and marketing materials.
Logistics: Manage all logistics, from import/export clearance to warehousing and last-mile distribution.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Budgeting: Define and monitor supply chain budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.

What You Bring

Experience: ~10 years operational experience in a Supply Chain function, including at least 6 years in senior supply chain leadership.
Sector Background: FMCG, Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.
Geographic Exposure: Strong understanding of the African market landscape, especially in West Africa.
