The Role:

The successful incumbent will be required to co-ordinate a number of moving parts to ensure operations run smoothly from the start of the process to the very end. The role includes administration work:

Assist in all administration functions and processes
Attend all project meetings and take notes

The successful incumbent will be required to co-ordinate a number of moving parts to ensure operations run smoothly from the start of the process to the very end. The role includes administration work:

Â

Assist in all administration functions and processes
Attend all project meetings and take notes
Analyze project data and produce progress reports
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for employees
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing

Between the ages of 18 - 29

Educational Requirements:
â?¢ Grade 12Â

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent

Other requirements
â?¢ Good Communication Skills
â?¢ Attention to detail
â?¢ Good time management skills
â?¢ Professionalism

Stipend: R6000 monthlyÂ
