Our client in the automotive components industry is looking for a Junior Operations Manager.

This role will involve quite a large focus on supply chain and logistics; however, the successful incumbent will be required to wear many hats. You will need to be a hands on, involved manager who enjoys getting stuck in on the floor, involved in all operations of the business. You need to be driven, very technically strong and have strong managerial skills. We are looking for someone who comes from an engineering background with an engineering qualification and has experience in an operations role.
